TIME Magazine names Person of the Year for 2013

Glen Beck did some nice discussion of this, this morning.

It's no different than the rush to give Obama a Nobel. Quick.....give the newest socialist with new power, every possible fake piece of cred that can be misused and abused.

Beck even said he's suspicious that Francis is a plant, groomed like Obama.

Six years ago, I'd have ignored such a claim, today, I'd say Beck nailed it.

I noticed a story today about GOP senator Lamar Alexander's chief of staff has been arrested and detained until arraignment on charges of possessing and disseminating child pornography. Now I know why they're against abortion.

I'm usually gleeful when anybody with an "R" associated with their name does something like getting caught with child porn. But unfortunately, as Republicans go, Alexander is one of the less evil guys. If the porn label rubs off on Alexander, we're more likely to get some teabagger that's worse than a child porn dealer instead of a reasonable Republican or Democratic replacement for Alexander. Not that I get to vote in Tennessee, but if I did, I'd take a child porn purveyor over a teabagger seven days a week.

Remember Obammer's acceptance speech? He promised to fundamentally change the face of America. What he should have said was that he intended to bring this country down because that's exactly what he is trying to do. Hopefully, W e The People can reverse what he's already done. His dismal attempts to socialize medicine by trying to shove Obamacare down our throats is working against him because of the sheer ignorance of the bill. Most of congress doesn't even know what is in that piece of crap legislation but they don't care because it isn't being shoved down their throats. I, for one, knew that he was going too far when it was told to the American people that we would have to get covered or face penalties. That made it ALL wrong for me.

Lest we forget, Oblammer has promised us that "we ain't seen nuthin' yet". I don't know where it is all supposed to end but it needs to end and he needs to stop what he is doing. Where are our statesmen?
