Obama paid his respects to Justice Scalia as he lay in repose at the Supreme Court, POTUSes don't always attend justice or first lady funerals, the Scalia and Nancy Reagan funerals were rightwing love fests that Obama would have been criticized for causing a distraction at, Obama paid tribute to fallen police officers at the National Peace Officers' Memorial Service at the U.S. Capitol less than a year ago, a very relevant fact ignored by "investigative journalist" Seth Milner, and Cuba matters to the future of Cubans and Americans while funerals do not.

Now, cue the whining about me and/or claims it was a "joke" in lieu of defending his untenable and nonsensical post.

Think, man - what possible relationship is there between attending funerals (traditionally the job of the VP anyway) and an historic diplomatic trip to solidify a reasonable relationship with the closest country to the US that isn't on the border and rebuild a 50+ year diplomatic disaster? It's hard to "lighten up" for any continuation of 7 years of constant Obama-bashing over absolutely everything all the time - much of which has no basis in reality. Nothing personal, but I for one no longer think it's funny. And people who just smile and put up with various verbal attacks on whatever are just enablers.
