Well I don't see creating another thread for one picture. It's fun to look at how horrible we were as a species... (and still are...), but the progress we've made is something to be proud of.

It seemed as though we were trying to head back that direction with government sanctioned torture.

TLDR; History is fun, not the torturous acts.
