Yeah, I heard about Marsha the other day. No surprise. Hell, I only grew up here by accident or my parents doing so. Back then I guess it really was trump country, too, since Blacks had separate facilities or none at all. I remember seeing signs "colored" or "white patrons only" but back then the people in charge were Democrats....so that's a fine example of how the political parties have changed nearly 180 degrees from what they were then.

Burchett is a nutjob. He'd ride anybody's coattails that make him shine with the same kind of foul sheen that happens. I read the other day that another TN nutjob, Ogles, lost his gig. I didn't even read the story...figured some nutjob nuttier than him out nutbobbed him. Either one of those crazy bastards would be the sort to grab a nine year old boy by the throat who was playing softball with the neighborhood girls and yell "no goddamn men in women's sports" and slam the kid to the ground.
