Let's suppose trump didn't post that despite having a history of posting things in a similar vein before his presidency, and instead let's just pretend someone else did. It's still his official account. It still reflects him. IT STILL HASNT BEEN REMOVED. Even if Trump didn't personally post it, not having it removed is implicit support.
