Twentyish years ago I was playing Henderson County softball and the opposing team brought Cameron with them, think he was still in high school. The league allowed for ten players, four outfielders usually played as two center fielders.

To make it fair, they played nine and he was the only center fielder.

We didn't get a hit off of him, I think he covered more ground than our two guys.

On August 31, 2017, the Houston Astros acquired Maybin from the Angels off waivers. In Game 2 of the 2017 World Series, Maybin came in as a pinch hitter; he singled and stole second in the 11th inning before scoring off a George Springer home run. Houston would go on to win that game 7–6 in the 11th. Houston would go on to win the series in 7, giving Maybin his first Championship....

Good pinch hit in a 1 run game in a 7 game Series. Way above his pay grade, but it still must suck to have your MLB "Career highlight" marred by: Houston Astros sign (stealing) scandal.
