Close then 10 down, then close then 10 down, then close then 10 down,

We were penalized for Pearl stepping on the court during play, but this guy gets to play 6th man - go figure.

It was close at the end, but they dominated most of the game. I have no idea how that last out of bounds went to Texas, but that play was the game.

Does Coach K help block?

All I saw was TAMU's final basket, which was a nice move. I turned it on after seeing your post and that the game wasn't over yet.

Coach K is quarantined.

Sorry to hear. I hope he isn't sick.

Finally - the ncaa finally cleared our point guard to play. He was supposed to be the backbone and star player of the team. The ncaa said they were close to clearing him in March and then they said a determination would be made before league play, but they didn't in either case.
The kid's dad is an agent; therefore, the kid has worked with an agent and we can't have that in college basketball.
Hopefully we now have a team.

He looked really good, but of course our top scorer was out with a concussion and we lost to bammer by 4.

Tomorrow will be our 1st game with our two best players. Who knows, maybe we are better than our 6 - 6 record.

In Coach Pearl News. Although he did damage his mask to the point that the tv commentators kept bring it up, he is getting better and the mask he wore at the bammer game wasn't completely destroyed.

I only saw the last 10 minutes, but not once did I see the NC or FSU coaches put their masks over their mouth and nose.

Speculating that this is an ACC vs SEC thing because in the SEC games I've watched the coaches wore masks nearly all the time, I was quickly proven wrong by Calipari who would occasionally move his mask from his neck to his chin.

Did I see an ACC anomaly or do the coaches ignore the madk rules?

Idk, I haven't been watching. I briefly looked up the ACC (July) and NCAA (Sep) rules, but the articles did not go into when there might be exceptions. Are others complaining?

I'm thinking the 'Heels got the usual benefit of tradition in the rankings. I think probably names like Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Michigan, etc. get pre-populated into the pre- and early season rankings. But eventually they have to actually play a game.
Duke Blue Devils fall out of AP men's basketball Top 25; Gonzaga Bulldogs, Baylor Bears remain 1-2

:(

AP Top 25

7 Michigan 11-1.
It just got beat by:
17 Minnesota 11-4
18 Alabama 11-3 :puke-left:

(31) Duke :angry-banghead:

Carolina and Kentucky - no votes. :wtf:

Today's poll is the 1,213th in AP history and just the 14th time that Duke, Kentucky and North Carolina are all unranked.

The last time that happened was on Dec. 18, 1961 - when only 10 teams were included in the AP Poll each week.

The bs around Cooper playing really hurt, but he's playing now. His first college game was against bammer and he looked nervous the first 10 minutes. We lost by 4 after being within 2 with less than a minute.
We haven't lost since. Up 37 to 18 right now over Arkansas - they beat us a couple of weeks ago.

Damn, spoke way too soon. From 19 up to 9 down to swapping leads to a 1 point loss

Oh well, we lost but looked pretty good doing so. Even in the lead against #2 three minutes before halftime.

Baylor never made a mistake. Damn, but they can steal.
