Ouch, that must have been frustrating. I was sooo stuck on 3/6.

I finally tried BOCCE, which I was sure was an incorrect spelling.

4/6 still took me awhile.

For whatever reason I struggle with double letters especially double vowels.

I just don't even think about them until I get to about 5/6, generally other possibilities and I'm trying to use unused letters.

To a point, I think avoiding double letters is sound strategy. It means eliminating one more letter per turn.

The funny thing here is that I thought of OO early enough, but didn't think of the Z being part of the solution. We have had a bunch of OO words. I also wasted time considering EE, even trying the COFEE misspelling out of frustration.
