Well it sure is one heck of a coincidence that is happened when cons were trying to PM each other. As I said on my other forum I can go into a members info as if I was them and did once, removed the signature and locked it. I assume there are different types of forums as it looks nothing like this one.

Just do a search. I am not computer savvy at all but it seems the administrator can give a moderator any powers he wishes.

is larger than the abovementioned size limits
contains several 'stacked' images which when combined exceed this limit
contains spam or links to commercial products or services
is overly distracting; i.e. bright, flashing GIFs etc.
contains too much text; usually over 500 characters
contains illegal, adult or other unsuitable content

I'll bet it never occurred to him to contact the PM author and ask about it. It's been awhile but I think I've been on both ends of the situation - being a PMer that changed his mind and a non-recipient of a PM from a PMer that changed his mind. Didn't this happen once between us, Mr.B?

As banni says, there is no contemporary instance where a poster complained about this happening, none.

That's why slacker Colonel Taylor doesn't even try to look and just whines that it would be too hard to point us to an example of complaints about missing PMs or any of his other paranoid fantasies. No surprise, this is a submoronic "moderator" that actually thinks that sending an email through a forum reveals the recipient's email address to the sender.
