Using Occam's Razor, the FBI et.al. could have just looked at the original lyrics as written by Bennett and stated the Kingsmen were simply slurring the words. True, you couldn't participate in the actual Toss. They throw from Florida into Alabama, but the Toss itself shouldn't be anyone's primary reason for going.
