Sickophants

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

So how would she suggest people express their views on a person that is not elected, not qualified, downright loony, and has the authority to affect the health of their families? Let's make a list of suggestions: Call? Text? Email? Social Media? Request a meeting? Sure, that's the ticket. Yell at him every time he leaves the house until or unless he starts paying attention to people who actually know what they're talking about in public health.
If you're going to be a public official or personality be prepared to face the public.

Sure, although I don't know that all aspects of their lives have to be on display 24/7. But IMNVHO, Kennedy's situation is different from most other public figures - first, he's not elected and the person who appointed him isn't going to hold him accountable for doing a responsible job. That would apply to the other cabinet members, too, but most of the others don't have quite such a direct effect on life/death issues, and most of them actually aren't as blatantly irresponsible as Kennedy. Take Education for example. It may be stupid to dismantle the Department of Education, but it's really mostly a funding mechanism and doesn't control curriculum or teaching standards and no kids are going to be subjected to an epidemic because of the DOE. But Kennedy's effect is much more direct and potentially harmful on a massive basis.
