I have no idea who could be behind this spurious slithery. Surely it couldn't be anyone associated with Mike Turzai, the Republican majority leader in the Pennsylvania State Senate, who said that the state's voter ID law would help Mitt Romney win the Keystone State in this fall's presidential race only to have that law stuffed back in his ass by the court - at least for this election.
