Obama: Mitt Romney Is A 'Bulls****er'

The language skills of some posters on this forum are influencing Oh Great Leader. I'm sure Obama is more comfortable using words that are more familiar to him. He's been hanging out with Smiling Joe to much.

Cheney offered some crass advice.
"Fuck yourself," said the man who is a heartbeat from the presidency.
Leahy's spokesman, David Carle, yesterday confirmed the brief but fierce exchange. "The vice president seemed to be taking personally the criticism that Senator Leahy and others have leveled against Halliburton's sole-source contracts in Iraq," Carle said.
As it happens, the exchange occurred on the same day the Senate passed legislation described as the "Defense of Decency Act" by 99 to 1.

Yeah, Cheney went up a couple of notches in my view for saying that. Not that I agreed with him on the subject, or even that I think politicians ought to be civil, but it humanized him in a way that even shooting his lawyer couldn't do.billy.pilgrim wrote:Cheney offered some crass advice.

But as to the title of the thread, is it really necessary that I be a used car salesman to know that nobody really did "buy too many cars" or that "we'll give you top dollar for your junker" is total bullshit? Do I have to be a pro football player to recognize a fumble? Do I have to be President to criticize one?

Ha! Had to work hard for that one, too, dintcha? Maybe we should outsource that job to Sarah Palin since she can see Russia from her house and is ever aware of Putin "rising up." When he rises, she could tell him "Øôø ýð хуù"Wneglia wrote:I want a president with the balls to tell Putin, "Øôø ýð хуù"
She'd probably botch the quote, though and say "õñðть üõýÑÂ"

"Fuck you" and "fuck me" apparently don't translate the same with different tools. No, not those tools.Vrede wrote::?:O Really wrote:...She'd probably botch the quote, though and say "õñðть üõýÑÂ"

And it happened on the floor of the U.S. Senate, which is supposed to have a little more decorum than a forum.billy.pilgrim wrote:Cheney offered some crass advice.

But I agree with ButtBrain on this one. I, too, long for a classier president who doesn't act so indecorously.

Apparently some translators have filters. "Reality" has probably whined to the Google mods.Vrede wrote:Weird, "fuck me" to Russian gets "Ã’ ÿрþшûþü üõÑÂÑÂцõ". Then, "Ã’ ÿрþшûþü üõÑÂÑÂцõ" to English gets "In the past month".
Did you try the reversal with your tool? No, not that tool.

Here is a tip for all you just starting your career. A lot of foul language is not tolerated ever in business. And it only takes a little at the wrong time and you will be out.
No business would tolerate what the President in any media. As a salary paid person you are considered always 24-7 a representative of the company.
I do not and will not argue about this. It is free advice take it or leave it.

New tone: Obama calls Romney a 'bullshitter' in Rolling Stone interview
OCTOBER 25, 2012
BY: JOE NEWBY
President Obama demonstrated his "new tone" in a Rolling Stone interview when he called Mitt Romney a "bullshitter," Politico reported Thursday morning.
According to Mike Allen, Obama told Rolling Stone's Douglas Brinkley that kids look at the GOP nominee and say, "Well, that's a bullshitter, I can tell."
"This is the first time we can ever recall a President using that sort of language in an interview," Grace Wyler wrote at Business Insider.
A post at Twitchy was more direct.
"We suppose such childish, stompy foot and low-class behavior should be expected from President Obama at this point. It’s predictable. And one could surely toss the old school-yard taunt 'it takes one to know one' right back at him," the Twitchy staff said.
"Is this what we should expect from Obama on his way out, invoking children and cursing while he’s at it?" a post at Jammie Wearing Fools asked.
"This from a guy who blamed a YouTube video for his colossal Libya failures," the post at Jammie Wearing Fools added.
Allen posted the relevant portion of Brinkley's interview with Obama, entitled, “Obama and the Road Ahead: The Rolling Stone Interview.â€Â
“We arrived at the Oval Office for our 45-minute interview … on the morning of October 11th. … As we left the Oval Office, executive editor Eric Bates told Obama that he had asked his six-year-old if there was anything she wanted him to say to the president. … he said, ‘Tell him: You can do it.’ Obama grinned. … ‘You know, kids have good instincts,’ Obama offered. ‘They look at the other guy and say, “Well, that’s a bullshitter, I can tell.â€Â’â€Â
"We look forward to hearing the White House's response," Wyler added.

The shift occurred September 11, 2001 and he kept his word on that one.
It was evident again on September 11, 2012.

Obama recognizes even kids are smarter than the Romney-backed electorate.
Good call, President Obama!

3. If there is a thread already covering a topic, please do not start another one.
Maybe we can get Bannination to delete this one. It certainly doesn't cover any new ground.

Re: Takes One To Know One
Yep, based on the language used in response to my post I'd say several on this forum, mostly libs, are speech advisors for Obama; curse word division.
It's noted that the lib responses focused on similar language used by republicans in the past; typical tactic when they cannot respond to a current situation.
I ask, which of the republican examples you presented are running for POTUS in this election?
I also ask those who so freely use foul language in a no personal ID environment such as this forum do so in their work place and at home.
The tighter the race for POTUS the more Obama's true personality comes forward. He cannot handle pressure.

Same goes for Vrede's post above yours which is actually yours. The Vrede post has been used before. Must be running low on below the belt digs.
