The pic is indeed on Drudge, but there's no mention of an earpiece and a search of "obama earpiece" on Drudge yields squat. So, we're left with -

Well, technically Biden's hair plug is only connected to the Swahili translation of Das Kapital,
and not to the regular "every day" conversation, plus there is likely a translation block that edits
out profanity, and it's kind of late to change things around, so Obama is "stuck" with a profanity
free device. Damn, these commies are clever, and among the commies, the Kenyan reds are the
