There are issues with Obama or other politicians poking their bears in the eye, but media isn't up for election. I think, however, that the entrance requirements are much lower to be a "Christian" than a Muslim, and thus it's easier to disclaim their terrorists as being "not real Christians." At least from the US perspective - not necessarily the non-majority Christian world perspective
