I was watching the SpaceX recovery of that flight crew. Fascinating stuff!

I can’t imagine being stuck in space for that long. It got me thinking: If you just arrived back on Earth after months and months in space….

WHAT WOULD BE THE FIRST MEAL YOU’D WANT TO EAT?

HOW WOULD YOU SPEND YOUR FIRST DAY HOME?

I’d want a big helping of my Mom’s chicken casserole. It’s my favorite thing to eat! Plus a musubi and some ice cold Pepsi.

For my first day home, I’d sleep in, then go out for a picnic lunch with the hubby. Then relax on a North Shore beach and take in the sunset. Then have a nice dinner with my family!

Well, I wouldn’t need to walk in order to eat! As for the rest, they can just carry me!
