The whole reason for the case existing is only because of trump's incessant lies about non citizens voting. Hell, even if he'd won, that would not have prevented ANY of that massive alleged non citizens voting he's been lying and whining about. Because the EO is not retroactive. Even with all of the "emergency" hearings that Roberts is complicit in, most cases never make it to SCOTUS and most of those that do take a long time.
