The whole reason for the case existing is only because of trump's incessant lies about non citizens voting. Hell, even if he'd won, that would not have prevented ANY of that massive alleged non citizens voting he's been lying and whining about. Because the EO is not retroactive. On top of that, the EO would not prevent any imaginary non citizens voting until 18 or more years in the future.
