The truck is way cool but I'm not too sure I'd want to do that lariat gig with the power cord when it was time to charge up. I don't have a cowboy hat or none of that other shit. And I put Elon in the trump bucket when he talks about this thing being anywhere near equal to a Porsche 911 in any category other than battery capacity.

I didn't get that from the video if it was there. There's more than a dozen iterations of the 911 and I believe the quickest one does zero to sixty in 2.6

Thanks; the Tesla is faster than I thought it was. But that is logical in the sense that the Tesla electric motors are probably direct coupled to the drive wheels but the gasoline engines have to convert up/down or in/out motion of pistons to rotary motion. The Tesla provides rotary motion from the get go.

I feel the same way about that trump winning he used to talk about before the election......it turned out to be whining instead, and it sure as hell is all hassle and no worth. I expect a significant increase in whining, as well as not winning, over the next year.
