Have at it if that's your death wish. I don't think I would much care for prolonged suffering.

"Reasonably sure" is the catch phrase. You're presuming to be a mind reader; applying a label to someone.
When I was growing up, queer meant anything that was different or odd; because it was so widely expressed, gays adopted the phrase to apply to themselves. No biggie.
Not a mind reader, merely observant.
It's been close to 50 years since my mother ripped my tongue out for calling somebody "queer" after I heard one of the other neighborhood kids use it. The dictionary didn't include "homosexual" in the definition, but the real world did.
You's have to be at least 90 years old to predate the homosexual context of the word.
From the New Oxford American Dictionary
The word queer was first used to mean ‘homosexual’ in the early 20th century: it was originally, and often still is, a deliberately offensive and aggressive term when used by heterosexual people. In recent years, however, many gay people have taken the word queer and deliberately used it in place of gay or homosexual, in an attempt, by using the word positively, to deprive it of its negative power. This use of queer is now well established and widely used among gay people (esp. as an adjective or noun modifier, as in : queer rights;: queer theory) and at present exists alongside the other, deliberately offensive, use. The words fag and faggot are occasionally used in the same way. This use is similar to the way in which a racial epithet may be used : within a racial group, but not by outsiders. Homosexual Eye for the Straight Guy just doesn't have the same ring to it.
That's just one of the ironic outcomes of a long history of bigotry. Folks in the group being
denigrated take the word and use it for their own purposes. You can be pretty sure that
the white people who used the n word and the straight folks who used the q word meant
both as terms of disparagement. Now the language has come around and bit them on the
butt. Stuff happens.

Turns out you're illiterate, too.....Better quit while you're behind.
What I meant about your needling other posters. Seems you can't just disagree with someone, you have to present your
superior knowledge in character attacks and name calling.

Damn, that's a nasty looking broad/dude(?) I wonder if those tattoes are a big turn-on to it's lover?
Announcing Free DVD's for all U.S. Pastors of the irrefutable evidence that HIV AIDS is being healed and lepers are being cleansed. These HIV AIDS healing miracles are verified and certified by our very own Atlanta, Georgia based Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and a myriad of medical doctors. In addition, the drama continues as the lepers are being cleansed today in biblical fashion the likes of which planet earth and the church have not witnessed since Jesus walked among us 2000 years ago!
Sometimes it is a bad idea to spread the words of idiots. It is not like this guy is Oral Roberts.

Maybe DooHickey would rather date this hunky counter-demonstrator in the red cap at the same Asheville event: Nope, none of them do anything for me.
I don't see Nancy Grace; just a red {X Image}. Nancy Grace does remind me of a boiled crab.
Weird. There were a couple of minutes earlier when I only saw the word "Image", but I can see her "boiled crab" visage now. Can you see the other 4 pics? Try turning off your computer's hideous filter. Or, find the link by hitting "Quote" and paste it onto a new window or tab.
I see the first three, down to Hillary; but I'm not hankering to see Nancy that badly. Thanks though.
