MNF has a good one tonight.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that Russell Wilson is gonna work some magic.

That was exciting. The announcers literally used the words "Wilson magic" during the final drive scramble for 21.

Seahawks win in OT, but over the fairly pathetic Bucs - and at home. I'm afraid even at 7-2 they're more pretender than contender.
I could be mistaken.

Rematch Week 17, then again for the NFC Championship? Their DBs need to work on hanging on to sure INTs, though - 2 dropped just before OT, 1 during it. Their D-line sure rocked it.

Here are the NFL teams reportedly attending Colin Kaepernick's workout

Cool. Whether he does well and gets a job or not, this is some degree of vindication.

Sunday Night Football:

NFL flexes 49ers-Packers to primetime in Week 12 for Eagles-Seahawks

I don’t mind flexing in principle, but this is BS. The Eagles and Seahawks are both contenders. There have been plenty of primetime stinkers this year.

I know that Thursday games can't be flexed, but Pittsburgh vs Cleveland is an example.

I don't really have a favorite between the two, but good on the lowly Browns for winning vs a rival at home.

Watson vs Jackson in MD, go Ravens!
Cincinnati vs Oakland in CA, go Raiders!

Go:

@Detroit vs Dallas, early lead!
@Carolina vs Atlanta
NY Jets vs @Washington, early lead! What a miserable matchup, though.
New Orleans vs @Tampa Bay
@San Francisco vs Arizona

Positive NFL Publicity
Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson exchange jerseys after game

Asked to clarify if he wrote that Jackson was the MVP, Watson emphasized the respect he has for his fellow quarterback.

“I wrote MVP on it, for sure,” he added. “I mean, it’s love, it’s all respect. You know, he played well today. I mean, it’s a lot of season left, who knows what could happen? Russell (Wilson), me, Christian (McCaffrey), Aaron (Rodgers), who knows. But I was just showing love. It’s all respect. This game is about brotherhood, who knows how long we’re going to get to play it.

“I have a lot of peace in my heart and my mind, so yes, today didn’t go our way and it’s going to have a lot of criticism, but at the end of the day, that’s not going to stop what I’m doing, what I’m continuing to do. Waking up blessed, happy, walking, being able to do what I love to do at a high level. So of course, it’s just showing love.”
That respect is mutual, as evidenced by Jackson’s response when asked during a postgame interview on the field if his relationship with Watson meant a lot to him.

“Definitely. I put on the jersey I gave him that he’s the GOAT,” Jackson said. “I remember when I played against him and I just seen him dice and slice our defense up and down the field, he’s a great quarterback. He transitioned to the NFL and did the same thing, so you know you can’t take nothing from him. He’s a great guy. I can’t wait to grind with him in the offseason.”

Mixed feelings about the games on TV today.

Go:
Seattle Seahawks @Philadelphia Eagles.
@New England Patriots vs Dallas Cowboys, but I'm not happy about it.

No preference, like them both:
Carolina Panthers @New Orleans Saints.

Other games, go:

@Cincinnati vs Pittsburgh, not my usual, but Pittsburgh's going nowhere and Cincinnati has to win sometime.
Oakland @NY Jets.
Detroit @Washington.
Baltimore @LA Rams Mon night.

No preference, like them both:
NY Giants @Chicago
Green Bay @San Francisco tonight, this week's best game.

Go:
Seattle Seahawks @Philadelphia Eagles. Not pretty, but a win is a win.

No preference, like them both:
Carolina Panthers @New Orleans Saints. Loooong game without OT. In the end, the better . . . PK won.

Other games, go:

@Cincinnati vs Pittsburgh, not my usual, but Pittsburgh's going nowhere and Cincinnati has to win sometime. 0-11.
Oakland @NY Jets. Ouch.
Detroit @Washington. Crap.

No preference, like them both:
NY Giants @Chicago

I wouldn't, either, if my team was in their division. NFC North is the sole division where I like all of the teams.

Playoffs, so far:
https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/standings/

Pats and Bills from the AFC East, my Baltimore!, then who knows from the AFC South and West and for the other Wild Card slot. My stinky 6-5 Raiders are still very much in it, as is Cleveland!

Green Bay and Minnesota from the NFC North, my San Francisco and my Seattle from the NFC West, New Orleans, and some NFC East team to lose to the best Wild Card.

Go Ravens tonight!

Wow, wow, wow, new favorite for SB Champ?

L. Jackson: 15/20, 75%, 169 Yds, 5 TDs, 0 Int, 8 Carries, 95 Yds, 11.9 Avg

I like a season where he and Russell Wilson are the leading MVP candidates.
