Quarterfinals.
Semifinals, Today 9 pm ET: #5 SDSU (17–1, 29–1) vs Boise State (11–7, 20–11), CBSS (

Championship – Saturday, March 7, 2:30 pm ET
Go Aztecs. The way this nutty season has been going a #1 or at least a #2 seed ain't out of reach.
Quarterfinals.
The last couple of games have been a bit scary. Sure they came back, but Air Force hasn't been all that good during the year. And they've thumped the BlueField people twice already this season. Hopefully they can do it once more. It's been fun following them this season. Local sports news has done a lot of player interviews, features, etc. so you get familiar with them. But they've been playing in a smallish pond all season. We'll see what happens if they're ready for prime time.

#1 Kansas < @Texas Tech 66-62 Crap, lost another close one, the likely overall #1 seed is vulnerable, though.
2:30 PM
#8 Seton Hall @#11 Creighton 60-77, rout, I did not pick a preference since their ranking is so close, but the higher rank losing is slightly better for my teams.

GW > @#3 Dayton Nope, a rout by Dayton. No biggie, I don't hate Dayton. I was just born at GW. It's a poor team this and probably every year.

75-97. Uncaring neoplacebo is one game away from an automatic NCAA bid, has a bubble pick chance otherwise.
Tennessee (17-14) is mediocre, you lost to mediocre Texas A&M (16-14) since the last poll, and you've gone 3-4 since 2/15. As for your season, it does seem surprising but I've read that it's a weak nonconference sched on top of a mostly weak conference - not my opinion, I'm not looking far enough into it to make comparisons.billy.pilgrim wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 4:43 pmNot sure that I understand beating Tennessee by 22 drops us another 3 points in the polls, but then I'm not that sure about a team with only 6 losses being #20.
Oh well, at least basketball can have playoffs.
