There's a lot of unhealthy women in NY that Doctors consider to have non viable infants. NY is a leading state that performs abortions, other than California.

There's a lot of nothing relevant about what you think doctors say about the health of women in NY. If you have evidence of this, whip it out. Are all these unhealthy women pregnant? Are they all black? Are they all carrying non viable fetuses? Are the women who are not pregnant also carrying non viable fetuses? You seem like the kind of nutjob to make such an assertion. And in case you didn't know, abortions happen in every state in the country.....most of them are ones you are not called and notified about. Those are the ones in which Democrats cook and eat, or sometimes eat raw, the aborted fetuses. Now you're thinking to yourself I'm an asshole for writing such a thing, but I bet you anything that if you watched Sean Hannity say the exact same thing on tv, you'd believe it all the fucking way. Yeah, when hell freezes over is when you'll see any relevant sourcing of the cat pan's statements. I have decided to adopt the following phrase as an addendum to any reply to or about anything cat pan posts: "Never let a chance to be a victim go to waste."

I seem to recall seeing stats that there are more abortions per capita in rural red states than in enlightened states like California. That was a while back, though. When Cat Pan posts his link perhaps I'll go search and post and link to studies about the relative rates of abortions. If the red rurals turn out to be more abortion happy, I would surmise it's because their citizens are too stupid to use effective birth control, or simply don't realize unprotected sex can lead to unplanned pregnancies. And, by the way, the main contribution of Planned Parenthood is to provide effective sex education and the means to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Which I suppose is why the stupid rural red states have been doing all they can to destroy Planned Parenthood. One might think they enjoy abortion.

Red states also shun early, effective school-based Sex Ed in favor of failed abstinence "education", and they make access to affordable birth control more difficult in several ways other than by attacking Planned Parenthood.

I'm not sure about abortion rates anymore. Access to it has also been whittled away by the misogynists. They love seeing children born with birth defects, growing up in poverty, or suffering from abuse or neglect. Sickos.

Back in the 70's when I was in college and living in downtown Berkeley, there was this crazy lady who used to accost young men walking down the sidewalk and start haranguing them. I could never quite figure out what she was saying, but it was along the lines that they should be ashamed of something or other. The part that stuck out was that she was a petite older lady, dressed in a nice business office suit, usually pastel, looking like she was ready to host a church social. A few times she'd come at me and I'd always walk away faster than she could scamper. But I saw a few guys stop and listen to her with puzzled and hurt expressions on their faces.

This seemed to go on for at least a month. Eventually she disappeared, and I figured she'd been detained and taken in for psych treatment.

Of course, Berkeley had lots of crazies roaming the streets, but she was very different. Like I said, if you saw her she looked harmless, even nice. Until she started in with the really vile haranguing.

We have a campus (Pensacola Christian college) of crazies who stand outside of bars and restaurants and scream about jesus. For years it was in your face screaming; now they have to scream from across the street.
