Will there be a doppelganger?

Kim Jong Un in ‘vegetative state,’ Japanese media report says
North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is in a “vegetative state” after he underwent heart surgery earlier this month, a Japanese magazine says.
The weekly Shukan Gendai reported Friday that a Chinese medic sent to North Korea as part of a team to treat Kim believed a delay in a simple procedure left the leader severely ill, Reuters reported....
The Chinese expert told the magazine that Kim clutched his chest and fell to the ground on a visit to the countryside earlier this month. A doctor accompanying Kim performed CPR and took him to a nearby hospital.
Kim, believed to be 36, needed a stent procedure, which calls for placing a tube into a congested blood vessel to allow blood to keep flowing to the heart, according to Shukan Gendai.
Don't get so excited, he'll be back shooting hole in 1 golf and dunking on Rodman within the week.

Re: Kim Jong Un reported to have died (unconfirmed)
This whole thing is weird. If Kim doesn't show up at the grandfather celebration or another major event, then sure, it's reasonable to wonder if the 5-6 300lb diabetic smoker has health issues. Or maybe he's hiding from the virus. But it seems if he's alive and well, there's better ways to show that than a letter he purportedly wrote.
And how did at least somewhat credible sources jump from "he missed the celebration" to detailed recounts of heart surgery and a "shaking hands surgeon" and Chinese experts visiting and all that? And if he is just on walkabout, why send out the "he's fine" statement with the letter anyway? A broken country with a crazy leader. (oh yeah, and that applies to N Korea, too)
