Didn't lose anything. I correlated related issues. Maybe you lost since you can't defend your precious social medicine.
Maybe if I ask again
Like they have in Norway?
What related issues did you "correlate"?
How could all of the western countries that have socialized medicine also have a greater rate of death, when we are the only western country without socialized medicine and, save a few ties, WE HAVE the GREATEST DEATH rate?
I'm sure that pp will become a great advocate of medicine for all, now that he has the facts
Belgium - Similar to medicare for all
Spain - Similar to medicare for all
UK - UHC
Italy - UHC
France - Similar to medicare for all
Sweden - UHC
Netherlands - Similar to medicare for all
Ireland - UHC
US - Partially Private and partially publicly funded.
Sorry pp, but posting random names of countries that did poorer than us doesn't mean much.
Bigger picture:
No, zero, none of the larger countries without socialized medicine are doing better than 80% of the countries with socialized medicine.
Didn't you mean that
We are the winner in the countries that you picked because of their type of health care. All did better than us.
US cases per million 5,157
Belgium - 4,985
Spain - 4,998
UK - 3,992
Italy - 3,820
France - 2,166
Sweden - 3,333
Netherlands - 2,612
Ireland - 5,018
We won, huh pp?
Now, please explain to me how you correlated related issues
Yes we did. The numbers you posted are not relevant. How does a health care system prevent a new virus from spreading? It can't. The real test is how many people die. With the US leading in the number of cases per million but also having far fewer deaths per million tells us that our health care system did a far better job in treating the problem. In a way, you helped me prove my point.
Fewer than Denmark, Norway or Finland? Nope
Where their socialized medicine and their address to unemployment is, and will continue to be, superior to our system that will continue to destroy people and families to don't work for the government or a big corporation.
Families, here, will be turned out into the streets over these coronavirus medical bills, not so in Denmark, Norway or Finland.
Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”
Fun fact: The Constitution gives Congress the right to censure the president but when they don’t have the guts to do so, that responsibility will go to... *checks notes* ...Twitter
Be fair, that's not what he said in the post before yours. There he claimed that we have the mostist super bestest recovery rate in the world as proven by high number of cases and low death rates.
He said, "The real test is how many people die. With the US leading in the number of cases per million but also having far fewer deaths per million tells us that our health care system did a far better job in treating the problem. In a way, you helped me prove my point."
However he did not provide any chart to back up his claim and even casual arithmetic indicates that he is wrong - really wrong.
Bunch of countries with socialized medicine are ahead of us. Maybe he'll offer some backup to his bullshit later on.

I don't think anybody would say that the quality of healthcare available (to some) in America is not up to world standards. If you get treated, you're probably going to get top quality care. The issue is affordable access. But in any case, since covid has no direct treatment nor cure, those in dire straits were probably going to live or die more based on their own situation and condition more than the overall quality of the medical care.
This will end well. It'll make great television, maga idiots versus protesters in front of the Whitehouse after the asshole wastes couple million dollars flying to Cape Canaveral again.
Eamus Catuli~AC 000000000101010202020303010304 020405....Ahhhh, forget it, it's gonna be a while.
DT tweets the US will be classifying antifa as a terrorist organization. From my understanding, antifa isn't even really an organization. It stands for "anti fascist". It's just a loose knit group of people that protest and sometimes cause a ruckus. Arrest and take to court those that harm others and destroy property. But a terrorist organization?
Is this a pretext to classify protestors as "terrorists" by claiming they're antifa members? Seems like a slippery slope.

Like much if not all of what Trump says, saying it is not the same as getting it done.

We're already on it. Animal rights and radical enviro groups that have destroyed property but never hurt a soul are being convicted as terrorists, as are other nonviolent protestors that are entrapped into merely discussing more militant action by the FBI and other LEOs.
