Most likely. SCOTUS has already ruled on PA, which is one of the states TX is suing over. Plus, TX and many of the states that have joined it used the same election practices that the lawsuit whines about.

However, 14 red states and a uber-con SCOTUS should not be automatically dismissed.

In 2000, a lot of us disagreed with the decision, but there were at least quite a few arguable issues. There really were questionable ballot designs (I used one), defective counting of "hanging chads" and very close vote tallies. This year, there is no substantiation of any claim that would actually affect the results, as the tallies are not very close at all in most places. This year, we've got not difference in legal procedural opinion, but blatant and demonstrable lies about things that simply don't exist, presented in court. We've got people, who for some reason still have a law licence, trying to get by in court by passing hearsay, unsupported claims, and "affidavits" that wouldn't even be accepted by Judge Judy. The good part is that none of it is working, except to keep feeding the stress and chaos that all media, right and left, seem to enjoy spreading.

I don't think you can really make much of a case for the scum-bag useless moron Repugs being actuall traitorous or treasonous as long as all they're doing is signing on with a lawsuit (ridiculous though it may be) that's brought in a legal manner in a real court. If you notice the language of essentially all these clowns, it's not so much they believe in all the fraud, they're saying "he's entitled to follow all legal avenues..." Now the ones that actively support the throwing out of legitimate votes and putting in imaginary electors, well, they're different.
