If he did get 4 rioters off, someone's head needs to roll.
Rudy lies, constantly.
It's amazing how many of the insurrectionists aren't being arrested.
The Navy seal guy was a trainer and leader, but he hasn't been arrested and probably won't be.
I don't defend any Trumpette, but there seems to be some doubt as to whether the SEAL ever entered the Capitol. Conspiracy and incitement charges will take longer to develop the evidence for. I expect we'll see some when regretful rioters start snitching as part of their plea bargains.
Are you saying that the fine upstanding
punk lied in his After Riot video?

Does his former job cancel what he did to train insurrectionists, promote the violence at the riot, his participation in the riot, his attack into the House chamber and his "HOOYAH!" after riot video about the riot.
Yet he only faces questions by the fbi.
"retired U.S. Navy SEAL is facing questions from the FBI after boasting in a Facebook video about "breaching the Capitol" last Wednesday after traveling to Washington to join a rally for President Donald Trump, an assault he said in the video that he hoped would ignite a "positive revolution."'
"The Navy veteran said he wanted lawmakers to be left "shaking in their shoes."'
"One video remaining on Newbold's event page for the D.C. rally for Trump advised his friends and followers to consider bringing walking sticks and mounted American flags to use as weapons to potentially fend off what he claimed could be violence by left-wing antifa protesters, as well as pepper spray and collapsible batons to defend themselves"
"Some Trump supporters used the poles from their Stars and Stripes flags, as well as batons and pepper spray, to brutally assault U.S. Capitol Police and D.C. Metropolitan Police"
He stands to have a second interview with the feds, but no arrest.
Is it white seal privilege?
Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”
