NC has more stations closed than any other state - idk if that's absolute or proportional. The 2 stations I saw this morning were still gasless. I'll be fine until normalcy returns.

Close to a half-century ago, when I was part of a team trying to keep track of what the Israelis and Arabs were doing to each other, we knew that whatever the conflict currently was, that it was just the latest tantrum of one side or the other that for centuries had refused to make any serious effort to "get along." They have created mutually exclusive conditions for "peace" and neither has ever really offered any meaningful compromise. It's the same war today as it was back then, and it was the same war then that it was when they all rode camels. BTW, somebody should tell the National Review idiots that nobody has to "embolden" a people whose determination to resist is such that they throw rocks at tanks.
