This is how bad things can be in a generally pro-vax, pro-mask church community:

... "In the last 10 days, we have had six members of our church who passed away from COVID. Four of them were under the age of 35. All of them were healthy, and the only thing they had in common was they were not vaccinated," Davis said.

Another 15 to 20 members of the church have been hospitalized with the virus, while others have tested positive but were not hospitalized, including a few vaccinated members.

The church requires congregants to wear masks during the service, according to News4Jax. Davis said they held a vaccination event in March with 800 people getting the shot. After the latest outbreak, the church is holding another vaccine event and urging everyone to get inoculated....

In small towns like I grew up in, house numbers were generally arranged in a way that the even number addresses were on one side of the street and the odd number houses were on the other side. Typically there were four digits difference in house numbers between ones own house and the house next door. Once density became more dense, it went down to two numbers difference. The last house I owned in NC was 1944 but the house next door was 1946 instead of 1948. This kind of shit drives the post office crazy because they go everywhere nearly every day. My number is 108 but I"m holding out for something higher. And I'll get it.

People actually live there. There are three in Spokane - East High, West High, and High Drive Parkway, and one in Winston-Salem, straight-up 420 High Street. Your new residence awaits.

Praise be! I'm saved, or at least momentarily admired. Saved takes time and I'm just not up for it. In my former function I used to visit a PE in Asheville for various reasons. His office was on Short Coxe Avenue. So needless to say, I never hung around there very long. I even posed for a photo with a regional sales manager for Notifier fire alarms with the street sign in the frame. I have no idea what vile use he's made of it since.
