Whew! Is it over yet?

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Biden: "You lyin' flake! You said I'd get the credit for derailing this Fiscal Cliff thingy!"

Obama: "You goofy shit! Do you really think you're anything around here? You're so damn gullible"

Thank you. Along with a few other posters, I'm collecting those notes. When I get a bunch of them,
what do I do with them?

The usual first step is to fold them until they are all corners . . . .
People are crazy and times are strange. I'm locked in tight, I'm out of range.
I used to care, but, things have changed.

Unless there's some other reason why Leo is a self-proclaimed expert on Winnipeg newspapers and forums, he's going beyond this forum to collect notes on us. I picture him sending his notes to the FBI and his Congressman under the heading "THE COMMIE HEATHEN RUN AMUCK!!!"

(I'm told that I've been reported to the FBI before, by someone who accused me of causing the collapse of the HD-DVD standard. Seriously. Even weirder, he made a surprisingly good case.)

Even accepting copy protection, even accepting never ever pirating a movie, there are aspects of High Definition Content Protection (HDCP) used in HD-DVD and Blu-Ray that would make me damn proud to have killed both standards. HDCP, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray are a homage the idea that nothing is illegal if a couple dozen business people agree on it.
