Back in high school I was elected home room president, the primary function of which consisted of reading the morning announcements from whatever to the assembled students (about 30). The morning announcements often would have an authoritarian tone.

Well, I quickly got bored with this, and started using a more and more stentorian approach, which some students seemed to enjoy and others seemed baffled. I suppose it was a sort of Hitleresque impression although it was before Monty Python hit the tubes. Eventually I tired of the whole thing and refused to serve another term.

So there is hope for BRD yet.
