Shit, we can't even be the best at being the worst team.

We really suck.
Still, sorry.

And not just at football.
Go sit at the kiddie table and shut up.

 I knew that the Bears would win by 2 when that final drive started.

Ut-oh.
Cam Newton crashes, Tua Tagovailoa shines as Dolphins reel off 4th straight win

The honeymoon reached a screeching halt on Sunday.

The Miami Dolphins defense stifled a stagnant Panthers attack on Sunday while Tua Tagovailoa delivered on offense in a dominant 33-10 victory for their fourth straight win. When the margin reached 30-10 early in the fourth quarter, Panthers head coach Matt Rhule pulled Newton in favor of backup P.J. Walker.

Newton's dubious passing day one of the worst this century

After sneaking in a touchdown to tie the game at 7-7 in the first quarter, it was all downhill for Newton, who finished completing 5 of 21 passes for 92 yards with two interceptions and no touchdowns through the air. His second pick set the Dolphins up with a nine-yard field that they converted into a 14-7 lead with a Tagovailoa touchdown pass to rookie receiver Jaylen Waddle.

The Dolphins cruised from there.

Per the NFL, Newton's 23.8% completion rate was the worst for a quarterback with at least 20 attempts since Joey Harrington's 5-for-22 effort for the Detroit Lions in 2004....

The 5-7 Panthers now have a bye next week to hang their hopes on McCaffrey healing and the offense to get back on track with Newton after a brutal day in South Florida.
Worse than a failed Lions QB is really saying something. :(

What happened to Cam?

He's supposedly healthy.

He really hasn't been the same since the Broncos drubbed him.

Okay, a win is a win I guess, 16-10. 1 more Jackson INT, but also a TD pass. QB rating 46.5.

Standings

Buffalo is only half a game behind New England.
Baltimore is leading by a game.
I don't care about the AFC South, but Tennessee is leading by 2 games.
The AFC West is the most balanced. Kansas City is leading at 7-4, the rest are 6-5. Go LV or Denver.

Dallas :puke-left: is 2.5 games ahead of Philly.
COVID Bay is running away with the NFC North. :puke-left:
Tampa Bay is running away with the NFC South. :(
Arizona is running away with the NFC West. I like all of the teams there.

Playoffs:

Baltimore has the #1 seed by half a game.
Buffalo is in Wildcard position  , along with Cincinnati and the LA Traitors.

Arizona has the #1 seed by half a game.
The LA Rams, San Francisco and Minnesota are in Wildcard position.

Stick a fork in the Panthers . . .

Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey out for season with ankle injury
