FLETCHER, N.C. (WLOS) — More than 300 workers at Continental, a car brake parts plant in Fletcher, have learned they'll soon have to look for new jobs.
Henderson County Manager John Mitchell confirmed that the plant would close down by the end of 2022. He added that the plant had been one of the county's largest employers for decades.

Did Continental relocate here from Michigan in order to shuck the union, did taxpayers subsidize this, and did it occur to the HT-N to look into these things?
