A few years ago if you pointed out to the birthers the mountain of evidence and reasoning that went against their all-accusation-no-evidence claims, they'd tell you it didn't matter because the claims hadn't been tested in court.

The birther claims have now been tested in court over one hundred and fifty times, and failed every single time.
