Nice recovery from a skunked start to catch up with me in 2/6.

I almost dawdled thinking that a 2 'C' guess in 3/6 was wasting a chance to eliminate another letter, but the word had come to mind when nothing else readily did. Whew.

My 2/6 was CHIRP. Since I had the H and I in the wrong places and most C words start with CH I couldn't figure where else to go and took a flyer.

Huh, I never noticed the red "Unread posts" flag.
I've got dozens in Useless' "Investing" thread.
There are other Useless threads that I never bothered opening when no one else posted to them.
There are a handful of other posters that I ignored further back like Mr.B's sock puppets Jerri and Oliver!.
I might not be able to unsee the red flag now, but I don't think that I'll do anything about it. There would be too much cleaning up for me to do.
