Hard to say when the rightwing Media Research Center cuts off the video immediately. What comes next - ignorance, blonde moment, correction, joking, mutual laughter, explanation, Bill Nye's response?

From what I could gather, she was just talking about the huge storm and the possibility of climate change being the cause. It sounds to me like she did a silly seque, trying to be funny, but those conservatives don't have senses of humor.
