'Cause it it really was in pawk it wouldn't have likely been possible to shift to reverse without a foot on the brake.GoCubsGo wrote: ↑Fri Aug 05, 2022 3:25 pmO Really wrote: ↑Fri Aug 05, 2022 1:05 pmPawssible, sure, but let's start with the premise that a driver is sitting there with the truck still in reverse and a door open. Did he put it in gear before closing the door, or open the door before putting it in Park? Or did he open the passenger door for somebody while leaving the car in Reverse? And in any case, how long would that condition have lasted? But yeah, it got our attention and was a funny post. Whatever.
Truck was in pawk.

There's a meme, there's always a meme.
Happy Dog
A couple of examples:
Okay, freezing to death in Greece is pretty unlikely, but still cool.
Never could have made that work with cats, even dogs is impressive.

It didn't say where in Greece. Sure, dogs aren't going to freeze in Athens or Iraklion, but further north or in the mountains it gets pretty cold. Even in Crete, places like Mount Ida keep snow year round and some of the mountain villages get very cold.

Kudos to the witness, rescue officer and deputy with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.A bag was tossed over a bridge in Florida. Cops found out something was alive inside

"dog mode keeps your pet at a suitable temperature while you run errands by employing heating and cooling systems"

"Since Teslas are electric, there’s no engine that needs to run, meaning you can run any system in the car without needing the car to remain on. This includes the heater and air conditioner.
Dog Mode allows you to set the temperature in the car, just like you’d set it at home, and the car will keep the interior of the vehicle at that temperature until you return. It doesn’t matter whether the cabin needs to be heated or cooled, the car will control the HVAC to keep the vehicle at the selected temperature.
Letting Others Know Your Pet is Safe
Since leaving your pet alone in a vehicle isn’t normally a good idea and people may not be familiar with Tesla’s Dog Mode, Tesla also displays a message on the screen.
Tesla does a great job at letting bystanders know that your pet is safe inside of the car. Once Dog Mode is activated, a message will display on the car’s large center screen letting people know your pet is safe."

One of the best things I've seen about electrics yet. I'm impressed that they actually created a "dog mode" and it's not just a matter of billy.p or some being other owner being creative.

Too true they need a job!
I bought Louie a frisbee last week which he loves! He'll carry it for a three mile walk.
His only problem is what to do with it when there's a nearby squirrel.
May have posted this before.

I bet Louie never takes his eyes off of you except when you give him a task.
