Arrrrgh! Yeah, the refs wore Tiger shirts under their stripes, but it was that irresponsible asshole Syracuse #99 that single-handedly cost them the game. The Orange has played well all game, is up 10 in the 4th. Clemson is 3rd and 21 - the QB is trapped and running for the sideline, basically out. All 99 had to do was herd him on out. But nooooo! He slams the QB hard out of bounds. Clemson gets the first down and proceeds on down to score. Hopefully 99 was spoken to harshly by all and spurned by his girl friend if he has/had one.
Miami apparently didn't want to play today. Probably DeSantis' fault somewhere along the line.

Agreed, then it was made worse when the refs stifled a subsequent Syracuse drive by not calling the same late hit out of bounds on Clemson.O Really wrote: ↑Sat Oct 22, 2022 8:12 pmArrrrgh! 2-0, 16-12 on the weekend.
#7 Ole Miss lost
#10 OR beat #9 UCLA, should move up as least 2 slots
#12 USC lost to #15 Utah
#14 Syracuse lost to #5 Clemson
#17 Kansas State lost to #8 TCU
#20 Texas lost to #11 Oklahoma State, may get knocked out of the Top 25
#22 North Carolina bye
#23 North Carolina State bye
#24 Mississippi State lost to #6 Alabama, may get knocked out of the Top 25

4 games left, including @#7 Weber State and @#2 Montana State. With Big Sky Conference losses to #3 Sacramento State and #23 Idaho, and with Montana State and Sacramento State unbeaten in the conference, the automatic conference bid to the playoffs may be out of reach. His running off these other players will harm Auburn's future after this PoS is long gone. I don't understand not firing him immediately. If they were waiting for Cause, this is it.
