Some of them actually claim to believe that Trump is the victim of a "two-tier justice system." They are correct that there are two tiers. But when you've been charged with 78 felony counts in three different jurisdictions, have your own private plane, don't have to get a mugshot or pay bail and don't have to give up your passport — well, guess which tier you're in.

This brings up the question of whether we human beings are in fact a sentient species.

We have very real concerns, including some of the toughest existential threats humanity has ever faced. Climate change, potential nuclear war, famine and global militarization threaten our survival, but we're stuck talking about this one crazy SOB — apparently we can't solve the other problems until we fix this one.

Yet we seemingly cannot adapt. It makes you wonder if we even have the mental capacity of squirrels....

I get your point and everyone agrees that Trumpette jury nullification is a real risk. However, the trial record against Dolt .45, his trailer trash family, his "admin", and the J6 terrorists is pretty solid. Then, there's the possibility of plea deals. Fingers crossed.

That nightmare of the "one maga juror" is real but unlikely. Voir Dire and jury consultants do a good job in filtering out those jurors who can't or won't make their decision on the evidence presented. And the pressure on one guy from 11 others who are ready to be done with this and go home.

But perhaps more egregious than the grammatical goof are the legal boundaries that team Trump seems to be pushing with the fund’s overt ties to his 2024 presidential campaign.

The fund technically may not coordinate with the campaign on fundraising, since its existence as a legal defense fund allows it to skirt the Federal Election Commission’s campaign-finance rules. But clicking the “Donate Now” hyperlink sends users directly to Trump’s 2024 campaign website, where viewers are hit up front with donation requests. The only other link on the fund’s page also takes you to the campaign site.

Further adding to the eyebrow-raising ethical concerns, Susie Wiles, a top campaign aide, is listed on the Patriot Legal Defense Fund’s incorporation documents....

Opps. Yet another campaign finance felony . The righteous prosecutions of TRE45QN will only end with his death.
