Hey, that 99.6% might be getting a bit smaller.
35-26 with 11 min to go.
Premature celebration. I hate when that happens  The sloppy penalties are ridiculous :angry-banghead:
36-26. Win Probability is still 92.4%, though. Fingers crossed.
:wtf: 36-36 OT. Win Probability 50.0%
Penalties: 5-60 Stanford, 17-127 CO :(

43-46 Stanford in 2OT, unbelievable. I really am a jinx
Losing a game that was being won 29-0 at the half has to be one of the all time great collapses.

2-5 on the week :puke-left:
What did Stanford figure out at half-time?

Tbh I was watching Happy Death Day 2U and just following the game online. One article:

Stanford wins 2OT thriller at Colorado, spoils Travis Hunter return

It mentions the Colorado penalties and Deion talks about complacency.

Looks like more than that to get that sort of difference. I didn't watch either, but am reminded of the Iron Bowl with Cam. I think we had our 1st score at the very end of the 1st half and bammer had almost 30 points. Our coaches had noticed Kirby reading our plays (you're not supposed to do that in college) and passing the info to nick.
We changed all the play calls at half-time and we won. I don't think bama even scored in the 2nd half.

As long as I'm down on the neon dions, I read that their band continued to play while Stanford was lined up to play. It was so egregious that the refs had to threaten the crowd with a penalty.
The band knows the rules.

Even just following online there's no way to avoid blaming coaching. Penalties and complacency are both things that coaches prevent and entire teams, offense and defense, don't suddenly decide to lay down. OT last week, now this loss - CO hasn't lived up to its TCU-stomping hype, not even close.

Had Colorado won last night, as they clearly should have, they'd be just one game away from bowl eligible - that after a 1-win season last.
But maybe Neon Deion isn't quite ready for prime time after all.

But he says that he's the greatest college coach ever.

"In an interview that aired some 18 hours after his team’s improbable, come-from-behind double-overtime win, Colorado coach Deion Sanders looked at ’60 Minutes’ host Jon Wertheim and Sanders called himself the best coach in all of college football.

"As he appeared on CBS’ top-rated show for the second time in less than a calendar year, Coach Prime touted himself as someone who is able to “truly make a difference” and someone who has “that effect.”

Washington moved up to No. 5 on Sunday in The Associated Press college football poll, the Huskies' best ranking in six years, after a thrilling victory against Oregon ...

Washington received two first-place votes and jumped two spots past No. 6 Oklahoma and No. 7 Penn State, giving the Huskies their best ranking since reaching No. 5 on Oct. 8, 2017. The last time Washington was ranked this highly this late in the season was 2016, when the Huskies made the College Football Playoff.

The Crimson Tide dropped out for the first time since 2015 on Sept. 17, when they fell to a season-low No. 13 after a sloppy performance in a victory over South Florida.

Alabama has won five straight since a Week 2 loss to Texas, but it hasn't been able to get back into the top 10.

The Tide have not spent this much of a season out of the top 10 since 2007, Nick Saban's first as coach, when Alabama finished 7-6.

FBS games every night for the rest of the week. I guess that's now a thing. There will also be FCS games on Thurs night. Tonight:

7:00 PM CBSSN :x
GO Middle Tennessee (2-5) > Liberty (6-0, -14.5 ugh). Blue (why so sad?) Raiders rule, douse those Flames!

10 North Carolina 6-0 up2   Not sure how UNC moved up 2 when only USC dropped below it. Anyone?
