Guess so.
He's 74, he's won a world series as manager, I think that was the ultimate goal although back to back would've been nice. Supposedly a great guy but he managed the Cubs out of the 2003 World Series and failed in 2004.
Guess so.

Proper Game 7!

Why so violently opposed to a team from another Division?

Fair enough.
:headscratch: Who knocked the Cubs out? The Diamondbacks lost their last 4 games and were 4-6 down the stretch.plus they effectively knocked the Cubs out and a Snake/Texas world series was way low on my totem pole of interest.
Dbacks took 6 of 7 from the Cubs in mid September, they were the beginning of the end of our wild card and divisional first place dreams.Vrede too wrote: Wed Oct 25, 2023 12:32 am

Ah, BadReptilesBad. Where's Stompin' Superneo when you need him?
GO Snakes > Texans, show that the Cubs barely lost to a great team. ;)
Who would have guessed that a team that was .519 vs all of MLB would be .750 vs the best of the NL?
