Is he also advocating for health care for the mother and baby...even after the baby is born? Is he advocating for better and less expensive child care options, more school lunches, more after school programs so there are fewer latchkey kids, lower prices for college education so these kids can get lucrative jobs? You get the idea and we all know the answer to these questions.
Spot on. It's difficult to true up the right to life movement with a personal responsibility movement (usually in the same camp). A child brought into the world to a situation, not of their making, that doesn't nurture them needs to have the public safety net to support them that comes from more progressive politics.
CNN’s senior political data reporter Harry Enten pointed to a damning piece of polling data that he believes shows that those who best know GOP vice presidential nominee JD Vance actually like him the least.
Ohio Sen. Vance has said former president and current GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump selected him as his running mate to boost the Trump campaign’s appeal in Vance’s home region.
“Outfront” anchor Erin Burnett on Thursday asked Enten if that would be the case.
“Not according to the favorable ratings,” Enten replied, noting Vance currently has a net favorability rating of -16 points in his home region of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.
It compares to -5 point net favorability in all polls.
“So, the people who know him best, the region that knows him best, they like him even less than America likes him,” said Enten.
Enten added that Vance is “historically unpopular” as a vice presidential candidate coming out of his first convention....
The campaign didn't do its own polling? Opps. Dolt .45 literally had months in which he knew that he would be the nominee. Just Deranged Vance was the best he could come up with

Honestly think it was a 'trump gut feeling, only pick the best' pick, probably against the advice of the campaign.
Opps.
Edit: guess Erin Burnett agreed with me.
