None of that stuff ever seems to stick on repugs. If you want a scandal you're going to have to get a dem to wear an old army jacket from the surplus store.
Robert C. O’Brien - zero scientific, geopolitical or national security education - is a moron. Lab testing, computer models and subcritical detonations, all of which we lead the world at, have served us just fine for more than 3 decades. His is an Rx for enemy advances
Alex Jones is back to hocking conspiracies, and this time his attention is toward the attempted assassination of Donald Trump—which, according to the notoriously factless conspiracy theorist, was a ploy by the Democratic establishment to nix the presumptive GOP presidential candidate from the race.
“Biden’s puppet masters ran the attack on Trump and they will do it again,” Jones wrote Tuesday on X, formerly Twitter....
Jones has lost practically everything to his incessant need for the spotlight. In 2017, the InfoWars host lost primary custody of his children in a case that pinned him as a “cult leader” on an online conspiracy network. In 2022, Jones lost a defamation case brought by the families of the children killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, who argued that Jones had caused them irreparable harm by baselessly claiming to his far-right followers the shooting was a “hoax.” That case cost the right-wing conspiracy theorist $1.5 billion and forced Jones into bankruptcy months later. He has since lost his stake in his media company, Free Speech Systems, and has been court-ordered to liquidate all of his assets in order to cover the tremendous damages.

Guess she thinks he still has a promising future in front of him.
You don't think Uncle Tim can remain an SC Senator for as long as he wants? He'll never be a POTUS nominee, but someone else may still offer him a VP slot.

Because of all his successes and legislative accomplishments as a senator?
Who knows, I'm not going to overestimate the intelligence of the South Carolina electorate.

Condit is experienced and politically well-connected. Hard to see how he couldn't have just found a new job the first time she was out of line.
He seems to have volunteered for a lot of things, including the contortions that he says injured him. Based solely on the article I'd vote in favor of the defendant.
Sexual harassment claimants typically:
1. Start with their version of the truth
2. Have some concerns their claim won't be treated seriously
3. Read up on or listen to somebody on how many different laws might have been broken
4. Adjust their story somewhat to cover more potential offences, where the original "touch" on a shoulder becomes a "caress"
5. Collect all their anger into a big ball of personal injury
Having said that, I'll repeat that I've never seen a formal claim of sexual harassment that wasn't generally based on some truth. I've never seen a formal claim created out of literally nothing.
The part about him coming back to the car and there she sits with her pants down and his getting serious injury from "contortions" seems a bit much.
