Water often pools at the Greenville-Spartanburg highways intersection. TV shows that it's a flowing stream!
It's mind boggling after all these years and all the floods it's never been remedied.

I don't think there is a remedy other than elevating the intersection and the feeder streets for a few hundred yards. Big bucks. I don't even know what's in Haus Heidelberg's building now. Sports bar?

I'm a Chicago dog guy, tried to get the owner to serve them once upon a time, he wasn't interested. Used to be ok for what it is (and it's really not as good as Chicago hot dog places), chili dogs, slaw dogs etc. Didn't use premium dogs.
I know it was sold a couple of years ago, don't know a thing about the new owner except what Vrede posted. It'd turn me off.

This type of thing was my fear. It's been so long since there was any type of event that clears branches and weak trees that a big one like this would be catastrophic. Add the time of year when the trees are still full of leaves makes it worse.
