Looks like everyone only gets a single game from Faux. So, the question is why CBS doesn't show an early game in Chicago and Charlotte, and only Chicago and Charlotte What is CBS showing at the moment, instead? It's not even a blackout thing, Bears and Panthers games are covered by Faux.

Texans WR Tank Dell's Injury Severity Revealed After Scary Moment vs. Chiefs
He was transported to a local Kansas City hospital.

... NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday that Dell suffered a dislocated kneecap and will be out indefinitely. He has not had surgery yet, but remains in the hospital.

It's likely at this point that Dell will miss the rest of the regular season and possibly some, or all, of the Texans' playoff run....

If not associated with a fracture and/or ligament damage this is generally a minor injury. I have twice relocated kneecaps on dance floors. In one instance and against my advice the idiot resumed dancing without negative consequence. I had stabilized the knee with a compression bandage, so there's that.

... With the Lions sitting just outside of the red zone, Johnson had both Jared Goff and Jahmyr Gibbs pretend to stumble over in an effort to get the Bears’ defense looking in the backfield. The gambit worked to perfection, and Goff turned around and fired a touchdown pass to a wide-open Sam LaPorta:

That’s something out of a Pop Warner matchup, not an NFL game. The audacity to have your offensive backfield play possum during a live sequence is off the charts. Shoutout to Johnson and the Lions’ offense (as well as the Bears’ inept defense) for letting this play off without a hitch.
