Mr.B and homerfobe for real world threats of physical violence.
Useless for mocking the Highland Park parade shooting, which happened blocks from GoCubsGo's home. "Seven people were killed, and 48 others were wounded by bullets or shrapnel." We all thought that Useless is an asshole before that, even going so far as to collectively shun him for months.
A couple of others got warnings for doxxing, but they were never expelled.
Otherwise, we've got pretty thick skins and believe that tolerance = strength.

Might I be the first to wish a Merry Christmas to all this season, which apparently has started, based on the ads already running. So far, it's been mostly WalMart, Disneyland, and a couple of casinos, but soon everyone will follow. Has it always started before Halloween, or is this just a fluke of this year?

No fluke, it's been going on awhile. Halloween is one of the Holidays we should be Happy about now . The rerun xmas movies in Spring and Summer bug me, too.

Naaa, we didn't participate. We just happened to be in Bend and the event was there.
I don't personally have any interest in a very likely possibility of getting dumped into the Deschutes river in late October when it's cold even in August.
