Hey, I'm as rude toward Alabama as anyone, regularly referring to it as "third world" and meaning that in a complimentary manner. But individuals are different. Boat man hasn't lived there in decades and has apparently recovered from whatever he was afflicted with during his time of residence. What's your problem with him - do you think he must have met a gay person sometime in his life and didn't spit on them?homerfobe wrote: Alabama. Now I know what your problem is. Was your wife your first or second cousin?
"Y'all was technically, officially married" so as to make the union legal?

If he didn't spit on a queer, that's his problem. Personally, I wouldn't waste my spit on one of the disgusting bastards.

Speaking of spit, I told your mama I wouldn't pay her if she did. If she's still bitching about that, it's her own damn fault.
I bet you don't spit . . . .

"Obsessed" is a bit exaggerated - I'd say "entertained." Super-S is interesting because we know enough about him to know that he's not really stupid in the sense of actual intelligence. He's apparently had a successful career in insurance sales and if you catch him discussing something other than politics, he's quite capable of holding up his end. But in that context, his political views are so ridiculous and he's soooo gullible. He'll believe anything as long as it's anti-Obama - the wilder the better. We're entertained by Super-S and others for the same reasons people read comics and watch "The Simpsons." It's certainly not for the insightful political analysis and commentary.Leo Lyons wrote:Why are the moonbats so obsessed with the Super sales mgr?

You're probably right. It used to be one of my favorite shows way back when. I don't know why I used that as an example, other than maybe envisioning Mr. Burns (or maybe Krusty) in the role of Super-S.Vrede wrote:Plus, Supsalemgr lurks frequently but is too chicken to post and we know it.

SuperDuper has a thread over there about how the left is celebrating the
death of Rick Warren's son. Of course the left turns out to be a few
anonymous posters and the article he linked to mentions that this type
of thing happens on both the right and left. Don't the nutjobs even read
their own sources?

Most of them wouldn't understand what they read anyway. Bowhntr is without a doubt one of the dumbest sumbitches I've ever come across.
I was on a forum the other day discussing homicides in England vs. the US. It went like this.
Wingnut: The UK has four times as many homicides as the US.
ME: No our homicide rate is 4 times that of the UK.
Wingnut: That's because our country is a lot bigger than the UK.
ME: That's why I mentioned the rate, not the total numbers. The US has 4.8 per 100,000 people. UK has 1.2/100,000.
Wingnut: You can't just look at a sample of 100,000 people. It varies from one part of the country to another.
ME: We're discussing the rate for the entire country.
2nd Wingnut: The US is a lot bigger than England. Of course there are more. Just look at Chicago.
ME: Doesn't matter the total size. We're discussing the per capita homicide rate.
2nd Wingnut: Why wouldn't the total not size matter?
ME: I'm not sure you understand the meaning of per capita.
3rd Wingnut: Read Rules for Radicals much? Demeaning your opponent is all you libs know how to do.
4th Wingnut: Give it up. He's just a stupid lib. He's never going to get it.

They always have had trouble understanding what many of their own sources
say.
Notice how fast these dummies brought up Chicago and good old Alinsky? It's
a real big circle jerk.

"If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch."
I don't think he's chicken, he just knows that he can't keep up and "run with the big dogs". It's the most honest admission he's ever made really. Kudos soupy!
