Secondly, I wouldn't give much credence to a plaintiff attorney's public statements regarding the heinous and dastardly evils his client has suffered until I'd read the actual complaint and seen what the "rest of the story" is.

To be fair to the lawyer, it was probably a spoken "HIPAA" and the reporter got it wrong with "HIPPA", just like Byteryder did.

May be, but I get lawyerly email all the time with the two P's. But - again going only from the articles - he didn't actually say there was a HIPAA violation or who might have committed it, only a broadside slam at "HIPPA was supposed to prevent this." He'd probably want to know also that there is no private right of action in HIPAA, which means that he cannot sue under HIPAA. He's just blowing smoke on that particular matter. He filed based on something, but it wasn't "HIPPA"

I say lets encourage her to run, just like the left selected our last two RINO, we need to select
their candidates as well. Hillary would run as a moderate, trying to draw in Independents, an area

that.
