Whew! I was afraid they'd get Joe tonight. So autistic Eva is obviously smart, but I had no idea. She graduated from Georgia Tech in engineering and is now a PhD candidate at Brown in thermal fluid engineering, whatever that is and, if that's not enough she played hockey on the GT team and also is captain of the Brown team. And an NCAA hockey referee. Real life Wonder Woman.

Eva is a stud as is Joe, but I'm not sure either are great Survivor players.
Thinking that they might've blown it by not targeting Joe last night, if not now then when? Lot of lemmings on this season which has turned into a modern Pagonging.
I'm liking Kyle for the win but unless some spines are found it'll be Joe.
As an aside, it was nice to see them do a little surviving by fishing, but apparently there are no game fish within reach of the Fiji beaches. Spearing reef fish is embarrassing.

I think I'd go with Eva. I'm a fan.
But she's won competitions, used her idol/advantage well, kept her alliance, and run a good social game. The "I'm autistic" scene (even though real) was very good for her game and probably kept her from getting votes for at least a couple of councils.

The edit is always deceiving (I always look to see how they react to each other at the end of challenges and on the beach) but both of their social games seem to be lacking a little. Maybe the arrogance of the overdog.
I could be wrong, usually I have a good feel for the winner at this point.
But this time, not so much.

I think we can count Mitch out, probably Kamille. All the rest would seem to have a worthy shot.
Probably right, Shauhin also (they sort of telegraphed that with his lament of not winning immunity). Lot of hanger onners this season.
Too bad, I like Mitch, but as much as I hate to say "resume or big moves" none of these folks have done much of anything.
If the Pagonging continues it's going to be remembered as a mediocre season.

They remind me of a line in last night's "Elsbeth" episode. https://www.cbs.com/shows/elsbeth/
There was a psychic who told Elsbeth "I went to her as soon as she called" to which Elsbeth responded "Why not before?" bada-boom. Later Elsbeth noted that the psychic must have missed out on a lot of surprise parties.
I'm a big Elsbeth fan.
I didn't like her character when she was on "Good Wife" or "Good Fight" whichever, but I like this one. The character is the same, but the role is much more suited.
Season Finale
Donna Lynne Champlin
Gina Gershon
Alyssa Milano
Mary-Louise Parker (old and still current crush)
Elizabeth Lail (newish crush)

What, and miss Wild Cards and Sherlock & Daughter?
Who?
What?
Survivor addiction has left you culturally bereft. Wild Cards is excellent. I haven't made up my mind about Sherlock & Daughter, but the Daughter is delightful.

I lead a very sheltered life.
