Seems he doesn't actually care about illegal immigration. If he did, he wouldn't have made exemptions for farms, hospitality, and restaurants. He just wants submission and his post makes it rather obvious given he's targeting specific areas that just so happen to be "democratic" while carving out exemptions for others. His only ideology is power, wealth, and ego and this is another tool for him to obtain said goals.

Plus, just because a day is a "federal holiday" doesn't mean businesses are required to close, although most do close for the major ones. Finally, find me one worker who wants fewer paid holidays.
